Medical College Narasampet was founded in 2023 by the Narasampet Regional Medical Education society with the active support of then Chief Minister of Telangana , the Director of Medical Services of Telangana and the Narasampet District Collector to provide medical education for register of the Telangana region of the state.

It was originally located in Sarwapuram village , Pakhal road , Land mark : Bharath petrol pump , Narsmapet , Warangal 506132.
